(120 kg) dough capacity, two speeds and reverse, control panel with separate timers for low and high speed settings, bowl jog, swing open bowl guard, stainless steel bowl, dough hook & shaft, bowl dolly, leveling feet, separate bowl & agitator motors, bowl (1 hp, 4.48 Amps, .75 kW) and spiral (11 hp, 38.5 Amps, 8 kW) and head (1 HP, 4.48 amps, .75 kW), cETLus, ETL-SanitationStandard Features:
