Sturdy and flexible, great for getting under fish, eggs, or meat without damaging it. I bought this one because it has a heat resistant plastic handle instead of a wooden one so I don't have to worry about the handle deteriorating if it sits in water or goes through the dishwasher. This fish turner is completely flat and does not have a curve like some of the other fish turners do which means food is more prone to accidentally slide off the spatula when you trying to lift it up.
