With its pure stainless steel exterior paired with the aluminum interior, this unit is virtually indestructible and can easily preserve its day-one appearance. The refrigeration components are stored at the top, independent of the foodzone so there is more usable space.  And with the three silver freeze shelves, you can tweak the interior to your specific storage needs. 

This reach-in refrigerator is built for maximum energy efficiency with its variable-speed compressor that reduces the energy used for low-load tasks while still being able to fully support high-load demands. The Touch Point electronic controls give you total control over the gamut of features available in this unit. From here, you can set and check the temperature, record relevant HACCP data, and modify user access to authorized staff members.

This reach-in refrigerator chills products at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, relying on a network of features to get the task done in the most energy-efficient manner. At work is an eco-friendly R290 refrigerant that is regulated by an expansion valve. There is a hot gas condensate evaporator and an adaptive defrost feature that only defrosts the unit when it is needed to keep temperatures safe and performance optimal. There are also thermal breakers protected by stainless steel caps as well as heaters that run the perimeter of the cabinet to prevent moisture from forming. Magnetic snap-in weather-resistant Santoprene gaskets are also installed to keep hot air out and the cold air in.

To promote a more streamlined workflow, you will benefit from the addition of a magnetic door switch that turns the LED lighting on when the door is swung open and the stay-open feature that doesn’t require you to manually hold the door open when you are adding or removing ingredients from the cabinet. The cylinder locks are heavy-duty to prevent theft or tampering of your products during off-hours. The 6" stainless steel legs can be locked to various heights so you can set it on uneven surfaces or clean the space underneath. 

The Victory Refrigeration RS-1N-S1-HD-HC commercial reach-in refrigerator is approved by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards for safe commercial use and includes three-year parts and labor warranty.
