With its wider build and 79.6 cubic feet storage capacity, the Victory Refrigeration RS-3D-S1-EW-HD-HC reach-in refrigerator offers up abundant cold storage space for your inventory. This is a flexible performer with three sections, each divided by half-height solid doors to form a total of six (6) cold storage compartments where you can organize your food products to make them easy to locate. Boasting superior build quality, you’ve got stainless steel inside and out down to the door liners, front hinged shroud, and thermal breaker caps, making it resistant to rust, chipping, and stain but also very easy to keep clean.

This reach-in refrigerator does not consume more energy than it needs as the 0.5 hp variable-speed compressor at work here is specifically designed to regulate speed for various tasks. The Touch Point system lets you operate the unit electronically from a panel where setting the temperature, saving temperature data, initiating manual defrost or energy-saving mode, and setting authorization requirements can all be done with a simple tap.

Your products are cooled and kept fresh at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the R290 refrigerant and expansion valve, the operation stays eco-friendly as well. The reach-in refrigerator has an energy-efficient defense system against condensation that includes anti-condensate heaters around the door perimeters, a hot gas condensate evaporator, and Santoprene gaskets. Additionally, this unit can also be made to defrost when required to prevent wasteful energy use. 

With the nine (9) silver freeze wire shelves in tow, you can modify the space to fit your specific needs. A magnetic switch turns on the LED lighting so you can immediately see the products upon opening the doors. When it is time to arrange the contents or load up the cabinet, the stay-open feature will help you get these tasks done without hassle. The cylinder locks do an excellent job of preventing unauthorized access to the inside when your establishment closes for the day.

The unit stands on 6" tall legs that can be adjusted to make the unit higher or lower to the ground. The entire refrigeration system including the epoxy-coated evaporator coil is stowed right above the foodzone so that the cabinet is usable in its entirety.
