This unit is designed to reduce your energy consumption and still get the best cooling performance with its 0.5 hp variable-speed compressor under the hood that tempers performance during slower periods of the day to prevent consuming more energy than it needs.

The Touchpoint electronic controls reduce many tasks to a simple tap including temperature data recording, manual defrost, switching to energy-saving mode, and prohibiting unauthorized access. An adaptive defrost system is also in place for added efficiency with the help of a hot gas condensate evaporator.

This reach-in refrigerator has three sections separated by half-height solid doors to create a total of six separate compartments. This will help you arrange your products in a way that they are easy to find so the doors won’t have to be open for a long period when your staff needs ingredients in the fly. All refrigeration components including the epoxy-coated evaporator coil are located above the foodzone so the entirety of the cabinet is yours to utilize. This refrigerator operates at the 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit range with the help of an R290 refrigerant and expansion valve that perform the cooling without doing damage to the environment. The 20-gauge stainless steel doors are surrounded by heaters to fight condensation while the Santoprene gaskets fill the gap between the cabinet and doors so that the interior temperature stays at favorable levels at all times. The doors have a stay-open feature to assist staff when loading products in bulk. When the shift is over, the heavy-duty cylinder locks will defend against theft or tampering.
