This unit is a cold storage area at the bottom with 11.04 cubic feet capacity and a food prep station at the top with a smooth stainless steel counter space and a 4" tall foamed-in-place backsplash. Built to stand up to the daily rigors of your kitchen, the worktop freezer has a stainless steel exterior that is super easy to keep clean and is safe from rust and corrosion. The aluminum interior is also highly durable. The evaporator coil has a layer of protective epoxy coating as a way to protect from damage even with heavy use.

The freezer base is divided into two (2) separate compartments, each one supplied with two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves that help you customize and maximize the space. Each cabinet has a stainless steel self-closing door that comes with a spring-loaded cartridge hinge that makes it easier to prevent cases of leaving the door accidentally and damaging contents in the process. When loading products, it can also be fixed in the open position until you manually close it so that you can complete this task much quicker.

Able to run at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, this worktop freezer is packing a self-contained refrigeration system including the 0.5 hp compressor right on the rear. It can be controlled electronically so that you can manage the refrigeration process with precision. The R290 refrigerant keeps your worktop freezer environmentally friendly and with the adaptive defrost feature, you are able to lower energy consumption as well.

For optimal cooling performance, the doors have a magnetic door gasket that serves as a defense against air leakage to make sure the temperature doesn’t go higher than products can safely handle. To transport the unit for cleaning or repositioning, the 6" casters with two brakes will take away much of the hassle.

The Victory Refrigeration VWF48HC worktop freezer has passed UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified standards and comes with a three-year warranty on parts and labor and a two-year warranty on the gasket.
