The Waring Commercial WCG75 Pro Prep™ restaurant food processor has two separate functions for chopping and grinding. Use it as a traditional food processor or use it to grind dry ingredients, such as spices, coffee and hard cheese.

I didn't take into account that it is way smaller than I expected. The bowl is tiny, but the unit is a real workhorse. The blades are extremely sharp even after multiple uses.

To my mind, it is a very nice grinder/chopper. You can use it both at home and in the pro kitchen. It is very functional and is easy to clean. Can handle a lot of work.

Well, the product is not bad. But the bowl is too small and can't be very useful in the commercial kitchen. We use it for some small tasks when not too much product is needed. I'm going to order a bigger unit. This one is good for home use.
