These ovens are small but mighty, because they are compact, fitting easily on kitchen counters, but are powerful enough to be used all day. The units are powered by electricity and can provide high temperatures for cooking and baking between 200° - 500°F temperatures. They can use 120v/60/1-ph power and a NEMA 5-15P plug to be connected to a power source that can safely deliver 14.2 amps. A simple temperature control knob allows for simple adjustments of the cooking temperature between 200°F and 500°F. Another knob enables cooking times up to 120 minutes and includes a “hold” setting that keeps the Nemco Oven on without a timer. The cooking chamber and commercial oven exteriors are constructed from durable stainless steel, making them durable and easy to clean. The inspection door with a recessed gasket makes it easy to monitor the oven. The gasket is perfectly secure for a dependable chamber cooking seal. The range is ETL-listed for safety and sanitation.
