This is a pretty good fryer. We can get some of the best-tasting fried food we've had with this unit. Although we did have some trouble setting up the fryer. Ckitchen was great for handling the issue promptly

Very short cooking time. It heats up very quickly. All our fried favorites are cooked on this thing and they've never tasted better. Amazing how easy it is to clean!
