Sandwich/Salad Prep Table, two-section, 48-1/4"W, 12 cu. ft., self-contained rear mounted capillary tube refrigeration, electronic thermostat with digital LED temperature display, 33°F to 41°F temperature range, stainless steel top with 11-3/8"D cutting board, (12) 1/6 size clear lexan pans included, (3) vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors with 90° stay open feature, (2) shelves, stainless steel front & sides, white ABS interior with stainless steel floor, (4) 3" casters (2 locking), R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 754 BTU/h rejected heated air gain, 1/2 HP, 4.3 amps, cord, NEMA 5-15P, cETLus, ETL-SanitationArctic Air’s food prep units are designed to bring you real, commercial foodservice grade performance at a truly incredible value. All Arctic Air products are tested to NSF Standard 7 levels and must pass numerous quality control inspections throughout manufacturing process. In addition, all products are operated and monitored for a minimum of 13 hours prior to packaging and shipping.
Our food prep models are beautifully designed in smooth stainless steel for a look that you would be proud to put in any commercial application. More importantly, our products have many features that are desired in today’s commercial foodservice market. Features include high output fan motors, electronic thermostat with external digital display, bottom mounted compressor, and front accessible, bottom mounted condensing unit mounted on slide out rack for easy maintenance/cleaning.
Three epoxy coated, adjustable shelves and locking casters come standard with all models. Doors are self-closing with foamed in place recessed handle. Magnetic door gaskets are removable and replaceable without tools.

- Full length, heavy-duty 5/8” thick cutting board is included.
- Vaulted self closing doors that remain open at 90 degrees.

- Interior cabinet is bright white ABS liner with full stainless steel floor with coved corners.
- Standard with full two year parts and labor warranties and a five year compressor warranty.
- Self contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas.
- Large fan motors and blades for more efficient air flow ensuring faster temp recovery times.
- Electronic thermostat with external digital LED display for accurate control and easy reading.
- All products are pressurized with environmentally friendly and more efficient Hydrocarbon gas.
- Arctic Air products must pass numerous quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Efficient condensate hot gas loop built into condensate pan for energy saving evaporation of excess condensate water.
