Perfect for establishments with limited kitchen space, this  Bakers Pride 3152 double-compartment gas deck-type oven packs two (2) 45" wide, 24.5" deep cordierite decks in its shallower 33" depth so you can bake hundreds of pizzas every single day from a narrow footprint. The is commercial oven delivers 140,000 BTU of power with each cooking chamber interior measuring at 8" tall. You can make the most of the surface of the deck, thanks to the heavy-duty flame diverters that bring the heat evenly to reduce cold spots. If you want more cooking capacity, the angled iron frame is fully welded so you can easily stack another oven on this unit without worrying about additional floor space or instability.

Designed with durability and optimal performance in mind, this deck-type pizza oven is fully insulated and features a stainless steel exterior that stays spotless even after years of long use. The inside is aluminized steel to handle high temperatures while the cordierite decks offer excellent thermal shock resistance so you can safely lower or increase the temperature for quicker and more efficient cooking. The unit is mounted safely on a set of four (4) 30" tall steel legs with a Bakertone finish for added protection.

Available for natural gas and LP use, this pizza oven features a throttling thermostat that lets you adjust the temperature from 300°F all the way to 650°F so you can cook a variety of food. The top and bottom heat can be independently controlled to tailor the conditions to what’s best for your recipes. The heavy-duty doors on this pizza deck oven boost insulation and are spring-balanced to provide maximum ergonomic comfort that’s much needed when things get busy and orders come in and out. Gas controls that include the valve, regulator, and pilot safety are housed together in the front-mounted panel (side-mount available). The 3/4" NPT gas connection connects from the left side or rear.
