Bakers Pride F-24RS-C Description
Produce charred and smokey meats on a daily with this 24" wide gas commercial charbroiler. Designed with reliability and longevity in mind, this unit has a stainless steel construction that protects from rust and corrosion.
There are four (4) 15,000 BTU burners on this commercial grill, utilizing coal radiants with Glo-Stones that have heat-retaining properties. This, with the help of the fully insulated double walls, speeds up the recovery in between uses. These stones also help enrich the flavors of the meat and are very easy to keep clean. The free-floating round rod top grate can be set to four (4) tilted positions to adjust the level of doneness for each meat. The EZ tilt-to-front grease trough helps prevent flare-ups by redirecting excess oil that comes from the food. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system allows you to start the commercial charbroiler in a matter of seconds, so you can get to cooking straight away. A top grid scraper is also supplied so you can scrub up any food grime and buildup on the cooking surface. The unit also comes with a 6" service shelf with a utility bar and water tubs.
