Bakers Pride F-24RS Description
This 24" commercial charbroiler comes with four (4) 15,000 BTU burners and all stainless steel construction that makes it a reliable addition to any busy kitchen that serves barbecue-style meats on a daily basis.
The burners each have a rugged stainless steel radiant that drives the heat upwards to the free-floating round rod top grate to cook the food. You can easily adjust the grates to four (4) tilted positions to get the desired doneness for each piece of meat. With the EZ tilt-to-front grease trough, the unit minimizes flareups by redirecting the path of the grease. The double walls come fully insulated which helps retain the heat and ultimately aid in reaching desired cooking temperature after each cooking session. Get to cooking right away with the continuously lit crossover pilot tube system that lets you fire up the commercial grill in seconds.
With the top grid scraper, you can clean up the build-up of oils and food debris on the cooking surface to maintain a clean and safe workspace. For added convenience, the unit also comes with a 6" service shelf, towel bar, and water tubs.
