The interior of the FC-616 Il Forno Classico oven is 10" tall while the Y-600BL oven features a 7.5" cooking chamber, both with brick lining for effortlessly enriched flavors. These compartments come with flame diverters that disperse the heat across the decks evenly to get consistent baked quality from every inch of each deck. The fully welded construction ensures optimal insulation so that temperatures inside are consistent while the outside stays cool to the touch.

When it comes to style and construction, this pizza deck oven is the one to beat. The top oven has a 32" by 10" arched opening that infuses a classic look into the contemporary stainless steel exterior that is not just sleek, but also rust-resistant and easy to clean. Mounting skirts are included so you can set the oven behind a brick, tile, or stone facade. The entire unit is mounted on four (4) solidly made legs with protective Bakertone coating for added toughness.

This commercial deck-type oven allows you to easily create the best cooking conditions for every recipe. The thermostat lets you adjust from 300 degrees Fahrenheit to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat dampers can be adjusted from the top and bottom separately to regulate airflow and get perfectly cooked crust and toppings. Access to the gas controls including the valve, regulator, and pilot safety is from a housing panel at the front.
