Aside from providing 12.4 cu. ft. of food rated refrigerated storage, this unit has a stainless steel top that provides a stable work surface.
The self-closing door comes standard with a lock for security. Inside the reach-in section are two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize the contents. The stainless steel interior makes is certified for open food products and is easy to clean and maintain. When workers need to access multiple items from this refrigerator the doors’ stay-open feature can be used to free up both hands allowing for efficient access. When the doors are closed an airtight seal is maintained by the magnetic gaskets. Even cooling is provided to items inside with the forced-air refrigeration system. A ¼ HP compressor producing 1702 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in either the left or right side of the unit to best fit your requirements. The interior temperature is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF by the fully electronic controls while an epoxy-coated evaporator makes sure the refrigeration system requires as little maintenance as possible while providing refrigeration you can rely on. An automatic non-electric defrost system keeps the interior from frosting over while keeping downtime to a minimum. The refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant which is an eco-friendly hydrocarbon that has a markedly reduced impact on the environment for safe, sustainable refrigeration.
The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
