The reach-in sections each have two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to make use of the available space and keep everything organized. Magnetic door gaskets are included to provide a positive seal when the doors are closed. The stainless steel interior is certified to store open food products safely and features LED lighting. To quickly and evenly cool the products inside a forced-air refrigeration system is used.

2392 BTU/hr of cooling is provided by a self-contained refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor. To best fit where it will be installed, the refrigeration system can be configured to be on the left or right side. To keep the refrigeration system running reliably the evaporator coil has an epoxy coating. The refrigeration system is managed by the fully electronic controls to make sure the temperature inside stays between 36ºF and 38ºF while maintaining efficiency. Environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for safe sustainable cooling that has a negligible effect on the environment. The non-electric defrost cycle is extremely convenient and reduces downtime.

Connecting this unit to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet is simple with the factory wired 8-foot power cord complete with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
