The Beverage Air BB68HC-1-FG-B Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet comes with a black finish on its doors and front giving it a professional look that is easy to clean and will maintain its looks even after several years of commercial use. The glass doors provide a clear view of the contents making it faster for workers to find what they’re looking for without having to open the doors. The open food rated interior has 25.93 cu. ft. of capacity and can also be used to store up to three ½ kegs.

Open food products can be safely stored inside the stainless steel interior and items are kept organized with a total of four epoxy-coated shelves. To keep power draw to a minimum the doors are self-closing to prevent them from being left ajar. To safely and efficiently handle multiple items workers need to be able to use both hands, which is why the doors on this unit have a stay-open feature. When the doors are closed, an airtight seal is provided by the magnetic gaskets. This refrigerator uses forced-air refrigeration to quickly and evenly cool products.

The self-contained refrigeration system can be ordered on either the left or right, it uses a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 2392 BTU/hr of cooling. The unit's epoxy-coated evaporator keeps the interior between 36ºF and 38ºF reliably with minimal maintenance while fully electronic controls keeps power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system to a minimum. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system to reduce downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations. 

The unit is prewired from the factory with an eight-foot power cord that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.3 amps.
