With its stainless steel exterior finish the Beverage Air DD78HC-1-S Draft Beer Cooler is a durable unit designed to make serving draft beer simple and convenient. The interior has 33.59 cu. ft. of refrigerated space for storing four ½ kegs.

Heavy kegs can easily damage equipment, which is why the floor and door sills inside this unit are reinforced with durable stainless steel. The ceiling and walls are made from galvanized steel to reduce weight. The doors are kept from being left ajar with a self-closing feature and magnetic door seals and further security is provided with standard door locks. With dual towers, this unit has a total of four taps this draft beer cooler provides many options. The towers are 3” in diameter and feature insulation to keep the beer as cool as possible while reducing foam. The top of the unit features durable stainless steel to stand up to daily use and comes with drip trays to catch any spills. Beverage Air’s 3-in-1 draft solution makes it possible to serve different beverages with a single tap. This is made possible with silver-lined tubing. Silver is a natural anti-microbial element and is 100% effective against the top 4 beverage spoiling bacteria.

The self-contained refrigeration system can be ordered on either the left or right, it uses a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 2392 BTU/hr of cooling. An epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil will make sure the refrigeration system will provide efficient cooling for many years. The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF by the unit's fully electronic controls. Environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant provides efficient cooling while meeting all environmental regulations. Automatic non-electric defrosting makes sure there’s very little downtime while keeping the inside from frosting over.

An 8-foot power cable comes from the factory prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph power.
