With two refrigerated drawers, two reach-in sections, and a cold bunker that holds 18 ⅙-size pans, users will be able to finish orders quickly and efficiently. The drawers and reach-in sections offer 20.0 cu. ft. of easy to access storage. The reach-in sections each have two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize items and the drawers are designed to hold pans up to 6" deep for added versatility.
A full-width polyethylene cutting board provides plenty of space to work on sandwiches or salads. The cutting board is secured to the counter but can be removed easily for maintenance or cleaning. The 18 pans are kept between 41°F and 33°F through optimized airflow in the refrigerated bunker. Since the refrigerated bunker does not take up all the counter space, there is plenty of room for additional condiments or ingredients that don’t need to be kept cold.
The interior of the refrigerated reach-in section is made of corrosion-resistant aluminum which is low-maintenance and easy to clean. The door is self-closing to make sure the temperature is maintained between 36º and 38ºF without consuming too much power. When handling multiple items, or restocking the reach-in section, the door can be opened to 120˚ and it will remain open.
The drawers are also kept at 36º to 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. Telescoping drawer slides made of stainless steel are durable and will provide effortless access to ingredients for many years. A locking mechanism in the drawers prevents them from being inadvertently pulled out of the cabinet.
A ⅓ HP compressor at the bottom of the unit provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. Environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant is used to provide efficient and safe refrigeration. This hydrocarbon refrigerant meets all environmental regulations. A non-electric automatic defrosting cycle eliminates downtime and labor costs.
This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
