Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-4 Description
A fully-featured refrigerated prep table like the Beverage Air SPED72HC-30M-4 Elite Series™ Mega Top Refrigerated Counter will easily streamline workflow turning over orders quickly and efficiently. Four undercounter drawers and a single reach-in section, provide lots of space for larger items while thirty 1/6 pans in two cold bunkers on the countertop provide all prepped ingredients within arms-reach. The refrigerated undercounter drawers and reach-in sections offer a total of 20.0 cu. ft. of easy-to-reach storage
Sandwich ingredients and condiments are kept fresh, cool, and easy to access in a cold bunker with a stainless steel lid and hood assembly. The extended cutting board is 17” deep providing room to work on larger sandwiches or even prep pizza dough. The cutting board is held in place but is easy to remove for cleaning.
The fast access drawers feature slides with a locking mechanism that keeps them from being accidentally pulled out of the cabinet. Stainless steel frames support the telescoping drawer slides allowing the drawers to open with minimal force. The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained between 36º and 38ºF.
The refrigerated reach-in section below the worktop has 2 epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize items and make good use of the space. The interior is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum making it easy to clean. A self-closing door makes sure that temperatures are always between 36º and 38ºF without using too much power. The self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system features a ⅓ HP compressor that provides 1549 BTU/hr of cooling. Environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used and meets all environmental regulations. This unit has a non-electric automatic defrost function, to make sure it’s always running as efficiently as possible.
This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.4 amps. An 8’ power cable with an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug comes standard.
