In establishments where every square inch needs to be taken into account, the kitchen of the kitchen is often kept to a minimum to free up as much space for front-of-house use. This freezer doubles as a durable worktable making sure you get the full potential of the space available. 

With a single field-reversible door, this unit provides 4.9 cu. ft. of freezer space. The interior liner is made from corrosion-resistant aluminum and comes with two epoxy-coated wire shelves to make full use of the available storage space. 

The door uses low-wattage anti-condensate heaters that keep the door dry and to prevent frosting. Warm air is prevented from entering with a magnetic gasket for a positive seal. A painted aluminum door handle makes accessing the freezer effortless, and the door will never waste power by being left ajar since it is self-closing. When accessing multiple items it’s best to use both hands, this unit’s door remains open for access when it is opened to 120˚ on its cartridge style bearings.

The bottom-mounted refrigeration system features full electronic control to efficiently maintain a temperature below 0ºF. A ¼ HP compressor provides 857 BTU/hr of efficient cooling with environmentally-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

6” casters come stock with this worktop freezer, making cleaning much simpler. The unit is wired for standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
