With 8.7 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a stainless steel worktop specifically designed for commercial use, this unit will perform in its role for many years without issue.

The drawers are easy to reach with painted aluminum handles and glide effortlessly on stainless steel drawer frames supported by telescoping drawer slides. The drawers are designed to accommodate full-size pans up to 6” deep and feature snap-in gaskets to lock in cold air. A locking mechanism prevents the drawers from inadvertently being pulled out of the unit.

The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit saves on space and uses a ½ HP compressor that produces 1865 BTU/hr of cooling.  To maximize the shelf-life of items stored in the freezer the temperature is kept below 0ºF by the full electronic controls of this unit. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure this is achieved with minimal maintenance for many years. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with an electric system, this reduces downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and minimizes its impact on the atmosphere.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.2 amps.
