The WTFD48AHC-4-FLT Worktop Freezer from Beverage Air provides both a durable work surface for plating dishes or prepping ingredients and sub-zero storage allowing users to easily access items they need with minimal walking. This freezer offers 11.04 cu. ft. of cold storage while providing a stable and durable work surface made from stainless steel.

The four drawers located under the worktop are easily accessed with painted aluminum handles. Accessing the drawers is smooth and effortless with stainless steel drawer frames with telescoping drawer slides. The drawers can fit 6” deep pans for loose ingredients and snap-in gaskets seal in the cool air. To keep users from accidentally pulling drawers out of the cabinet, each drawer has a locking mechanism.

Cooling is provided by a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with a ½ HP compressor offering 1865 BTU/hr of cooling potential. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this unit makes sure efficient cooling is provided in a reliable manner for many years with minimal service. Full electric control will keep the temperature below 0ºF while consuming as little power as possible. Environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant provides efficient cooling while meeting all environmental regulations. Automatic electric defrosting makes sure downtime is kept to a minimum while keeping the inside from frosting over.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 7.0 amps.
