Aside from providing 17.88 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage, this unit has a purpose-built stainless steel worktop reinforced with foamed-in-place insulation for heavy use in a busy commercial kitchen.

Access to the refrigerated storage is through three self-closing stainless steel doors that keep the interior cool while minimizing power usage. Each cabinet has two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize items making them easier to find. When accessing multiple items the doors can be opened to 120˚ and they will remain open allowing users to use both hands. To make sure an airtight seal is always made, magnetic door gaskets are included.

A ⅕ HP compressor producing 1350 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit to save space. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this model makes sure that a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently and reliably. Full electronic control keeps power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system at a minimum. To keep the refrigeration system running as efficiently as possible while minimizing downtime an automatic non-electric defrost cycle is used by this unit. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for efficient cooling that has a minimal negative impact on the environment.

6” casters are standard equipment and provide the unit with versatility for easy mobility when it needs to be moved for cleaning or maintenance. An eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set is wired at the factory to connect this unit to a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 3.0 amps.
