The durable stainless steel worktop is designed to handle the rigors of daily commercial use and features foamed-in-place insulation. Below the worktop, this unit provides 6.13 cu. ft. of cold storage.

To make the two drawers easy to access, each one has a painted aluminum handle. Opening and closing the drawers is a breeze thanks to the stainless steel frames and telescoping drawer slides. The drawers are designed to hold pans up to 6” deep to store loose ingredients. To keep warm air from seeping into the drawers, snap-in gaskets are included. Users can be sure that the drawers won’t accidentally pull out completely thanks to a locking mechanism.

Cooling is provided by a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with a ⅙ HP compressor offering 1094 BTU/hr of cooling potential. To make sure the refrigeration system will run reliably for many years the evaporator coil features an epoxy coating. This along with the full electronic control on the unit allow it to maintain temperatures from 36ºF to 38ºF efficiently. A non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigerator system running efficiently and reliably without downtime. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.

For convenience, the worktop refrigerator is mounted on 6” casters allowing it to be easily moved when necessary. To keep it fixed in place the front casters are locking. The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
