The Beverage Air WTRD48AHC-2-FIP Worktop Refrigerator is a solution that provides refrigerated storage and a convenient place to plate or prep dishes. 11.82 cu. ft. of refrigerated space is easy to access in two drawers and a reach-in section that stays out of the way below the worktop. The stainless steel worktop is reinforced with foamed-in-place insulation and was specifically designed to handle commercial workloads day in and day out.

The two drawers below the worktop feature painted aluminum handles that are easy to grasp  Stainless steel drawer frames supported by telescoping slides allow them to glide effortlessly. Users rushing to fill orders will often open drawers quickly, to prevent them from accidentally pulling them out completely each one has a locking mechanism. Each drawer is designed to hold pans up to 6” deep and cold air is locked in with snap-in drawer gaskets.

A single reach-in section below the worktop has two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves to organize items. The stainless steel door is field reversible to best fit the ergonomics of your kitchen and is self-closing to keep the interior cool with minimal use of the refrigeration system. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the door can be opened to  120˚ to remain open. When the door is closed a magnetic gasket makes sure the seal is completely airtight. 

At the bottom of this worktop refrigerator is a self-contained refrigeration system featuring a ⅙ HP compressor that puts out 1094 BTU/hr of cooling. An epoxy coated-coated evaporator coil will make sure the refrigeration system will provide efficient cooling for many years. The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently by the fully electronic control on this model. This unit defrosts automatically with a non-electric system to eliminate downtime while maintaining peak efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.

The unit conveniently comes with 6” casters from the factory, this allows it to be easily moved into and out of place. The front casters are locking which keeps it in place when it’s in use. Power is supplied to the unit with a factory wired 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect it to a standard outlet that provides 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.2 amps.
