If you want to squeeze every last ounce of efficiency out of the limited space in your commercial kitchen, the Beverage Air WTRD93AHC-6 Worktop Refrigerator might be the right solution. By providing two essential functions, this piece of equipment takes up as little space and provides operators with an ergonomic workspace that maximizes their effort. The durable stainless steel worktop is designed specifically to stand up to daily commercial use. It’s easy to clean and will maintain its appearance for many years. Below the worktop 29.7 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage is convenient to access in six drawers.
The drawers within arms reach of the worktop are easily accessed thanks to the painted aluminum handles. The drawers glide effortlessly with telescoping drawer slides and stainless steel frames. Pans up to 6” deep can fit in the drawers allowing for easy storage of prepped ingredients. Each drawer features a snap-in gasket to lock in cool air and a locking mechanism that prevents them from being pulled out of the cabinet accidentally.
On the right side of this refrigerated worktop, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 2629 BTU/hr of cooling. The evaporator coil features an epoxy coating which will keep the refrigerator running efficiently for many years with minimal maintenance. This along with the full electronic controls on the unit make maintaining the internal temperature from 36ºF to 38ºF efficient and reliable. This unit defrosts automatically with a non-electric system to eliminate downtime while maintaining peak efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.
To make cleaning and maintenance simple 6” casters are included, the front casters are locking to provide a stable platform when in use. The unit is prewired from the factory with an eight-foot power cord that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.0 amps.
