Oven, deck-type, gas, 42"W x 32"D deck interior, (2) 16-1/4" high sections, (FTDO) 200-500°F mechanical thermostat, counter-balanced doors with heavy chrome handle, angle iron frame, steel deck, crown angle trim, aluminized steel interior, stainless steel top, front, sides and back, 7" stainless steel adjustable legs, 50,000 BTU per section, cETLus, NSF, CE
This deck-type oven from Blodgett allows you to boost your production capacity significantly by adding two 16.25" cooking chambers that offer a total cooking power of 100,000 BTU. Each section features a steel deck that measures 42" wide and 32" deep so you can cook a large quantity of food at the same time. With the mechanical thermostat, you can adjust the temperature from 200 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which offers tons of cooking flexibility that should make baking various dishes much easier.
Designed to perform in the most demanding kitchens, this commercial oven is stainless steel on the top, front, sides, back, and down to the 7" adjustable legs. The interior is aluminized steel for excellent performance in high-heat cooking conditions.
