Blodgett DFG-200 ADDL Description
Add 60,000 BTU of cooking power to your kitchen with this single-deck Blodgett DFG-200 ADDL gas convection oven. This model comes with five (5) removable chrome-plated racks and a deeper baking compartment that allows horizontal and vertical placements of full-size baking pans. With its rust-resistant, easy-clean stainless steel top, sides, and bottom, full angle iron frame, and 25" adjustable stainless steel legs, this unit is truly built to last.
You can place racks in 11 different positions to fit large and small food items alike. The two-speed fan motor with a dual inlet blower wheel eliminates any cold spot inside the cavity for maximum usability. The fan is powered by a 0.5 horsepower motor that comes with automatic thermal overload protection.
This commercial oven has a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit so you can cook a wide variety of recipes. Enjoy tons of versatility by making use of both direct and indirect heat for roasting, slow-cooking, and baking dense and delicate meats and vegetables. The solid-state digital thermostat gives you accurate control over the temperature and provides a clear reading on the LED display. A cooling fan facilitates quicker recovery so you can get more done in a day.
The combustion chamber is aluminized steel-made for high heat readiness. The chamber is well insulated with solid mineral fiber to keep the heat and temperatures consistent inside the unit. The electronic spark ignition offers additional fuel savings
The cavity is lined with double-sided porcelain. You can switch interior lights on and off as needed to assist you in checking your progress from the dual-pane thermal glass windows surrounded by stainless steel frames that create the doors. There’s only one powder-coated handle that opens or closes both doors simultaneously. The oven comes with a set of dual-tube burners and air mixers with adjustable air shutters that allows you to create and maintain flame quality. There is a manual gas cut-off service valve at the face of the unit. For ventilation, you can decide between a draft diverter or a draft hood.
The Blodgett DFG-200 ADDL single-deck half-size gas convection oven meets cETL and NSF standards and comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door.
