A bustling kitchen will benefit from the efficiency, versatility, and cooking speed of the Blodgett ZEPH-200-G BASE single-deck gas convection oven with 60,000 BTU. This unit is fitted with a total of five (5) chrome-plated racks that can easily fit five (5) full-size sheet pans placed from left to right or front to back. With a total of 11 rack positions, you can easily load bigger products or a large number of items to maximize the capacity.

Thanks to the stainless steel top, sides, and front, this convection oven stays spotless even after long years of use and infrequent scrubbing. It is installed with a full-angle iron frame for excellent stability. The aluminized steel cooking chamber and combustion chamber are designed for high-heat baking and with the top, sides, and bottom of the cavity insulated with solid mineral fiber insulation, you won’t have to worry about inconsistency in temperatures or heat loss. 

The commercial oven has a two-speed fan with a dual inlet blower wheel that disperses the air throughout the chamber to achieve consistent, even cooking on all racks. The unit utilizes both direct and indirect heat to cook food slowly and thoroughly while ensuring a perfectly browned exterior. The solid-state manual infinite control thermostat can adjust the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit with amazing accuracy while the digital timer helps you conveniently keep time so you can get food out when it is ready. The cooling fan helps the unit recover quickly so you can get more baking sessions in a single day.

The double-sided porcelainized interior is very easy to keep clean. It is fully illuminated by two 50-watt lamps so that you can track your baking progress by just looking through the beautiful dual-pane thermal glass windows on the door frames. The single powder-coated handle opens and closes both doors to save time and to make loading and unloading trays safer and more ergonomic. The doors also have a triple-mounted pressure lock and a turnbuckle assembly for extra protection.

An electric spark ignition quickly fires up the oven for cooking while the removable dual-tube burners distribute the heat evenly to ensure uniformity in the food that comes out of the oven. The air mixers come with air shutters that can be adjusted so you can set the right combustion and energy use for your cooking needs.

This commercial oven also has various safety measures in place, with the 0.5 horsepower blower motor with thermal overload protection and a front-mounted pressure regulator and manual gas cut-off valve. Depending on your layout, you can also choose between a draft diverter or a draft hood for ventilation. 

The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G BASE single-deck half-size convection oven is available in natural gas and liquid propane models. The unit meets ETL, CE, and NSF standards and includes a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a three-year limited warranty on the oven door.
