While it's not without issue, it is decent for the price. I do feel that our coffee station has graduated to something that needs more power and performance, so I would get something at a higher price point for my next one. For small usage, it should do just fine

We've only been using this coffee machine for a few months, and we've already noticed a lot of great things, particularly the savings. It takes longer to brew a pot, but I think it is more important for us that we cut down on energy consumption. And this one helps with that because the water heating is not always on. Plus, each pot is better, tastes amazing

What a great, energy-saving coffee machine! It is not always in heating mode so it doesn't use electricity all the time. It's really well built too, seems like it could withstand a lot of use. The coffee produced from it is hot!

For our needs, the brewing speed of this coffee machine is perfect. We can brew one pot after another without trouble and the warmers really help with keeping the coffee fresh and hot

I love this coffee machine. I've been using it daily ever since I got it a year ago. Haven't had any issues. What I love most about it is that it doesn't use more energy than it needs, really efficient!
