Assemble mouth-watering pies to perfection for every order with the 67" wide BAPP67-HC commercial pizza prep table by Blue Air. This refrigerated prep table is built for the toughest kitchens with stainless steel inside out, galvanized steel at the back and bottom, and epoxy coating on the evaporator. 

The top has room for a total of nine (9) 1/3-size 4" to 6" deep food pans to fit as many ingredients as possible while the large insulated pan lids prevent condensation and temperature fluctuation when the prep table is not in use. The bottom is a spacious 20.2 cubic feet refrigerator that comes with two self-closing all-metal doors and four epoxy-coated wire shelves to maximize the space and organize your reserve supply for easy access and identification. The 19-inch deep, 0.5-inch thick cutting board in front of the pans offers all the space you need to assemble pizzas quickly. 

Your ingredients are kept fresh and crisp at 33 to 39°F with an eco-friendly cooling system that uses an R-290 refrigerant. Gaskets surround the doors of the refrigerator base to ensure cold air stays inside for a consistent temperature. The unit is insulated with high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane to keep the cold contained and the structure rigid. 

This refrigerated prep table has a side-mounted 3/8 HP compressor so it can be placed flush against the wall and serviced and maintained in place. When you need to move the unit though, such as when cleaning the floor below it, there are four 4" swivel casters with two (2) front brakes that make that process easier. 

The Blue Air BAPP67-HC commercial pizza prep table is cUL, uL, and ETL-Sanitation listed. It is rated at 3.5 amps and uses a 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection with NEMA 5-15 plug supplied.
