This unit allows you to preserve and store ingredients and make the most delicious pizzas in a single workstation. This 93.25" wide three-section refrigerated prep table is all about durability and low maintenance. The interior and exterior are stainless steel to prevent any rusting or corrosion. The three (3) doors of the refrigerated base are metal while the evaporator is protected by epoxy coating to last longer with heavy use. 

You can place up to a dozen of ingredients at the chilled top, which is sized for 1/3 size pans at 4" to 6" deep. The 19" deep side rail cutting board is conveniently placed at the front of the pans, so you can put together small and large pizzas quickly and comfortably. The large insulated lids enclose on the pans so they don’t moisten or get contaminated when not assembling orders. You can stash all the replenishment you will need for the day inside the 30.8 cubic feet refrigerated interior, which is divided into three sections, each with two epoxy-coated wire shelves that allow you to make the most of the storage space.  

The ingredients are cooled at 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, which is maintained with the help of the gaskets around the refrigerator doors and the high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that also maintains a sound structure. This commercial pizza prep table uses R290 refrigerant that is safe for the environment and for your budget.

This refrigerated prep table can function in a narrow space and won't even need to be moved during service, thanks to the front-breathing side-mounted 3/8 HP compressor. There are four swivel casters measuring at 4" with two (2) front brakes for instant mobility. 

The Blue Air BAPP93-HC commercial pizza prep table comes with cUL, UL, ETL-Sanitation certifications. This model is rated at 3.5 amps and uses a 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection with NEMA 5-15 plug.
