This three-section model has a stainless steel construction that offers excellent wear-and-tear resistance to make sure it maintains its sleek look and functionality through years of use! All three (3) doors are made of all metal and are covered with a lifetime guarantee! The evaporator has a protective electrodeposition coating that improves heat transfer and guards against corrosion.

This Blue Air BSF72T-HC Freezer packs a 1 HP compressor at the top to unlock more interior space and avoid clogging. Operating at a temperature range of 5-10°F, the unit adds 72 cubic ft. of frozen storage to your kitchen. Each compartment has four (4) adjustable shelves so you can customize the space to your needs. With a depth of 31", this unit is designed to accept a roll-in rack of full-size bun sheet pans! There’s LED lighting inside for maximum product visibility for less energy consumption. The doors are also lockable to keep your food products safe from theft.

For speedy service and convenience, the doors have pressure relievers for easy opening. They also automatically close at 90° or less to avoid leaving it ajar especially during your busiest hours where operators will come and go. The doors also activate the stay-open at 110° so that you can load and retrieve items without hassle. The unit has a visual and audible alarm to notify when the doors are not completely closed to avoid straining the refrigeration system and losing cold air.
