Transform the way you brew coffee with this commercial coffee maker from Bunn. This unit has an hourly capacity of 16.3 gallons and lets you brew in three (3) batch sizes 0.5 gallon, 1 gallon, and 1.5 gallon. It can hold two (2) 1.5-gallon ThermoFresh servers (sold separately), which are vacuum sealed to keep coffee hot for extended periods. This commercial coffee machine is equipped with BrewWISE technology that provides you with the ability to customize and streamline the operation. 

You can control the coffee extraction and strength from various components such as pre-infusion and pulse brew, digital temperature control, and large sprayhead, and variable by-pass. There is an easy pulse interface to assist in your pulse routine.

This unit can also store recipes so you can initiate the process right away without having to manually input them. The commercial coffee brewer can even access flavor and batch size information from compatible coffee grinder funnels, so it can identify the proper amount of water to use for the specific flavor profile. You can even create recipe cards, ad cards with messages, and dedicated funnels from a Windows computer using the Recipe Writer program. The commercial coffee machine brings the tank temperature down during idle periods and can dispense water from the lower faucet as needed.

This unit features a preventative maintenance kit that alerts you of any potential issues and servicing needs so you can address them right away. The SplashGard funnel helps direct the hot liquids away from users to prevent accidents. 

This commercial brewer for thermal server is rated 27.4 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It passed all UL and NSF guidelines
