The DH6000T-VHR Genesis Dishwasher from Champion is designed to handle taller items with an internal vertical clearance of 27” giving it versatility and efficiency. This high-temperature Door Type Dishwasher comes with a booster designed to sanitized and wash dishes at a rate of 60 racks per hour while only using 39 gallons of water qualifying it for ENERGY STAR® certification. 

The unit features durable stainless steel enclosure panels to make sure it’s up to the task of daily use in commercial kitchens. A 180°F rinse cycle is ensured by an electric booster. For added efficiency, this dishwasher features a ventless heat recovery system that transfers water vapor and heat to the booster reducing the need for electrical heating

Aside from its normal 1-minute cleaning cycle for dishes, this unit features a pot & pan mode with three cycle lengths: 2, 4 and 6 minutes to make sure cookware comes out squeaky clean. These settings are easy to set with the HMI operator touch screen interface.

The automatic tank fill and automatic drain valve make running this unit very simple. Water pressure is regulated by a valve to ensure appropriate pressure is delivered while washing.
