Champion IDH-2000 (40-70) Description
When you run a busy operation you need to make sure that your dishes are cleaned efficiently and properly, the IDH-2000 (40-70) Versa-Clean Dishwasher from Champion is a great way of achieving both these goals. This High-temperature door-type dishwasher was designed for ease of use and efficiency with a handling capacity of up to 50 racks per hour while using less than a gallon of water per rack.
17" of vertical clearance provided by the door makes it easy to handle dishes, glassware, and flatware. The operation of this dishwasher is simple thanks to the auto start and stop function activated when the door is closed or opened. The top-mounted controls are splash-proof and easy to monitor.
A built-in booster is configured for 70° Rise and the Rinse Sentry system makes sure the final rinse always reaches 180°F for superior sanitation. The tank has an autofill feature and is electrically heated to maintain the temperature.
To best fit your dish room this dishwasher can be configured for straight or corner setup. The unit features stainless steel top and bottom wash arms that are interchangeable for easy maintenance.
This dishwasher comes in a variety of voltages to fit the needs of your establishment and is ENERGY STAR certified for energy efficiency.
