The Champion PP-12-PT Pot & Pan Washer is an important tool to have in busy kitchens that produce a lot of dirty pots and pans. This washer can quickly and efficiently wash and sanitize pots and pans to get them back into use as soon as possible. This single rack pass-through Door Type Dishwasher comes with a single hold down lid and one stainless steel rack designed to hold bun or sheet pans.

This washer is simple to use thanks to the easy to access control and information center. The controls feature push pads while wash temperature, wash pressure, and rinse temperature can be quickly monitored using moisture-resistant gauges. Both doors are actuated easily with a counter-balanced mechanism featuring self-lubricating guides. 

An external spray hose with an insulated handle makes it convenient to pre-rinse heavily soiled items and to make sure hard to reach spots are taken care of. Perforated stainless steel filter baskets are included to catch debris and prevent clogging of the plumbing. To clear out the baskets they’re easily removed.

Durable stainless steel wash and rinse tanks are thermostatically controlled to maintain the right temperature. Rinse water is heated with a booster with 70 degrees of rise to ensure proper sanitation with water at 180°F to 190°F. To provide powerful pressure washing this washer has a 7-½ HP pump motor with a flow rate of 120 gallons per minute. This pump powers water-driven stainless steel spray arms to efficiently clean pots and pans. The spray arms are easy to service without tools for cleaning and maintenance. 

A stainless steel utensil rack featuring a hold down lid and an insert for bun and sheet pans are included with this washer.
