Cleveland Range AWC2 Description
Water Cooling Unit, console mounted, for all direct steam floor model kettles and mixer kettles, stainless steel exterior, internal components contain 1-steam solenoid valve (3/4"), 3-water solenoid valves (3/4"), 1-check valve (3/4")Standard Features:
- All connections are a 3⁄4˝ NPT.
- Standard with six 9⁄32˝ holes for wall mounting.
- All exterior surfaces are type 304 Stainless Steel
- Automatically injects cold water into the steam jacket, slowing down the cooking process.
- 115 Volt, 60 Cycle, 1 Phase standard. 220 Volt, 60 cycle, 1 Phase optional. Cord and Plug supplied by others.
- Internal Components contain: (1) 3⁄4˝ Steam Solenoid Valve, (3) 3⁄4˝ Water Solenoid Valves, (1) 3⁄4˝ Check Valve, (1) 220/115V Transformer (220 volt optional) and (1) On/Off Switch.

- Available only on KDL floor model kettles and MKDL mixer kettles.
