Falcon AR-49 Description
The AR-49 Reach-In Refrigerator from Falcon is a dual solid door model with 41.3 cu. ft. of capacity. The solid doors are self-closing to make sure the interior stays cold, but a handy stay-open feature makes it easy to access food being stored. The exterior is made from tough corrosion-resistant 430 series stainless steel while the interior is made from easy to clean painted aluminum. 6 epoxy-coated steel shelves are included, each has 90 lbs of capacity.
A digital temperature controller maintains the internal temperature between 33°F and 40°F. The automatic defrost function cuts down on labor costs and downtime.
Cooling is provided by a ¼ HP compressor using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant which is environmentally-safe. Heat is kept from entering with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
Powering this unit is easy with the included 8-foot power cable with a NEMA 15-5P plug to connect it to an outlet with standard 115v/60/1-ph power that can supply 4.56 amps. The external measurements of this unit are 54” in width, 82-½” in height, and 32-¼” front-to-back.
