Falcon AR-72 Description
The Falcon AR-72 Reach-In Refrigerator is a three-door unit with 66.5 cu. ft. of storage capacity. 9 shelves are included and a unique shelf slide design allows full-size food pans to be stored. The exterior of the refrigerator is made from rugged 430 stainless steel while the interior is made from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.
Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps heat from entering while the ¾ HP compressor easily cools the interior. A digital temperature controller keeps the temperature inside between 33°F and 40°F to keep food safe. Automatic defrosting keeps labor costs and downtime to a minimum.
This refrigerator uses R-290 which is an eco-friendly hydrocarbon refrigerant that does not damage the ozone layer and has minimal impact on global warming. Powering this unit is simple since it uses standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity at 9.0 amps. The included 8-foot electrical cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug makes it easy to connect to a power outlet. Externally this unit measures 82-½” tall, 32-¼” front-to-back, and 80-⅞” wide.
This refrigerator is ETL Sanitation and ETL Safety listed.
