Falcon AWT-60 Description
This two-section refrigerated worktop features a 60.2-inch-wide by 29.5-inch-deep cabinet with an overall height of 38.8 inches and provides 17.3 cubic feet of refrigerated storage capacity. Designed to combine dependable cold storage with a durable prep surface, it is ideal for commercial kitchens, prep lines, and service areas.
The unit is equipped with a self-contained, rear-mounted compressor that delivers efficient cooling beneath the work surface. A digital thermostat maintains consistent interior temperatures between 33°F and 40°F, while the automatic defrost system helps reduce ice buildup and routine maintenance.
The worktop includes two solid hinged doors with recessed handles, offering a clean, professional appearance and easy access to stored items. Inside, two epoxy-coated steel shelves provide durable, corrosion-resistant storage. A 3½-inch-high backsplash helps protect walls and surrounding surfaces during food preparation.
Both the interior and exterior are constructed of 430 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability, sanitation, and ease of cleaning in demanding foodservice environments. The unit is mounted on four 4-inch casters, allowing for easy mobility and simplified cleaning beneath the cabinet.
Cooling is powered by a one-third horsepower compressor that operates using environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This refrigerated worktop runs on 115-volt, 60-hertz, single-phase electrical power and draws 2.6 amps. Installation is straightforward with the included 96-inch power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
The refrigerated worktop is cETLus listed and ETL Sanitation certified, meeting recognized commercial safety and sanitation standards.
