When you need a reliable and simple to use Commercial Coffee Maker designed for high-output that uses thermal servers, the CBS-52H-20 (C53036) Handle Operated Series Coffee Brewer from FETCO is a good investment. This handle operated brewer is designed to brew up to 317 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour.
For large scale coffee brewing the handle controls are durable and extremely easy to use to start and stop brewing. A manual faucet safely dispenses hot water away from the brew basket and steam. Thermal servers such as the FETCO D450 and D453 servers are designed to work with this brewer and are sold separately.
Triple 3.0 kW heaters inside this brewer make sure water reaches the right temperature quickly. Each hour, up to 30.0 gallons of hot water can be produced. This unit is designed to use 120/208-240v 3-phase power and has a max amp draw of 19.4-22.4.
