The FETCO CBS-52H-20 (C53046) Handle Operated Series Coffee Brewer with simple handle operated coffee brewer that accepts two thermal servers at a time for large scale brewing offering a maximum brewing output of 317 (12 oz.) cups per hour.

The controls on this Commercial Coffee Maker is as simple as they get, By twisting the handles you can start or stop the brewing process. This simple and robust mechanism is sure to stand up to daily heavy use to keep up with demand. The manual faucet on this brewer safely dispenses water away from the brew basket and steam for convenient access to hot water. The thermal servers are sold separately for this brewer and it is designed to use FETCO D450 or D453 containers.

The three 4.0 kW heaters inside this brewer quickly bring water to the right temperature to start brewing pronto. This unit is designed to use 120/208v 3-phase power and draws 25.6-29.6 amps at peak output.
