Offering great-tasting coffee to stadiums, hotels, events centers, and other venues that have to cater to large crowds can be a real challenge but the Commercial Coffee Maker of FETCO CBS-71A (C71017) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer is up to the task. This countertop model is designed to reliably and consistently brew up to 320 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour.

Users can easily tweak the recipe of their brew with the simple button interface. Once saved, you can be sure that every batch will be consistent with the simple push of a button. To make sure the coffee bed is fully saturated this brewer uses a large spray pan to extract all the flavor from the coffee beans. This coffee brewer features steam control which virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation thanks to the steam containing brew compartment. A thermal server is not included with this coffee brewer, FETCO LBD-6 6-gallon servers are compatible with it and can be purchased separately.

This brewer features three 5.0 kW heaters to get water up to temperature quickly. In an hour up to 18.0-24.0 gallons of water can be heated. This unit ships from the factory wired to use 120/208-240v 3-phase power and has a maximum current draw of 31.9-36.8 amps.
