To make this brewer easily usable in almost any foodservice environment it has a steam containing brew compartment that virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. This brewer is designed to accept FETCO LBD-6 6-gallon thermal servers which must be purchased separately.

Inside this brewer are three 10.0 kW water heaters to quickly get to the right brewing temperature. Every hour, up to 36.0 gallons of water can be heated. This model is designed for use with 120/208-240v 3-phase power and can draw up to 63.2-72.9 amps.
