This Countertop Commercial Coffee Maker can accept two high-capacity thermal servers that easily keep coffee hot and ready to drink for hours without needing electrical heating. With the ability to brew up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour, this brewer can handle hoards of people without breaking a sweat.

Users can easily tweak the recipe of their brew with the simple button interface. Once saved, you can be sure that every batch will be consistent with the simple push of a button. To make sure you’re getting the most out of your coffee beans, this brewer has a large spray pan to provide superior saturation of the coffee bed. Steam is prevented from escaping from this unit by the steam control in the brew compartment. This virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. This brewer does not come with thermal servers, FETCO LBD-6 servers must be purchased separately.

This brewer features six 10.0 kW water heaters to efficiently get water to the right temperature. To keep up with demand up to 54.0-60.0 gallons of water can be heated per hour. This model has a maximum current draw of 63.2-72.9 amps and is designed for use with 120/208-240v 3-phase power.
