This brewer is designed to brew up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour, and the thermal servers it uses can keep coffee hot and ready to drink for hours without needing electricity. To give your large batches the best flavor this brewer has many brew parameters that can be adjusted by the user to customize their brew and get the most out of the beans. Then when the recipe is perfected it can be saved making it easily repeatable at the push of a button. This brewer features a large spray pan that allows the coffee bed to be fully saturated to make sure flavor is extracted efficiently. To make this brewer easily usable in almost any foodservice environment it has a steam containing brew compartment that virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The thermal servers that this brewer can use are the FETCO LBD-6 containers which are sold separately.

To heat water, this brewer features six 10.0 kW heaters. Each hour, up to 60.0 gallons of hot water can be produced. With a maximum current draw of 60.1-72.2 amps, this unit is designed for use with 440-480v 3-phase power.
