With this heavy-duty commercial gas range, you have a manually controlled griddle and a storage cabinet in one unit. The front and sides of the commercial range are stainless steel, so they won't rust or scratch easily. The griddle has a steel plate with a 1" thickness that helps cut down recovery time due to the longer heat retention. The griddle is powered by a trio of H-shaped burners that distribute the heat to eliminate any cold spots and make the entire cooking surface usable. These burners come with electric spark ignition for safe and easy operation. Perfect for making your cooking supplies easily accessible, the storage cabinet has an aluminized steel interior for added durbaility.
This heavy-duty range is mounted on 6" chrome steel legs that can be set to your ideal working height, which is handy for various applications such as initial setup and cleaning the space underneath. The unit has passed CE, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF standards.
