Glastender C-MFS-12 Description
The C-MFS-12 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit is a free-standing faucet unit with an integrated cutting board and wet waste strainer. This model is an ideal garnish processing station, fruit can be rinsed and cut easily without taking up much room and integrates perfectly with other Glastender underbar models. The Underbar Sinks offered by Glastender are made to exacting standards so you can trust them to serve for years to come.
A backsplash mounted faucet provides hot and cold water and the ⅜” sink leads can be inspected or maintained from the front of the unit by removing 4 bolts. The sink is 9-¼” wide, 11-½” from front to back, and 6” deep and uses a 1-½” I.P.S. threaded drain. A removable perforated plastic sink strainer is included for catching wet waste. An 11” wide, 8” front-to-back cutting board is securely mounted and easy to remove for cleaning.
The entire unit is made from easy to maintain 20 gauge stainless steel with the exception of the 1-⅝” diameter, 16” long legs which are made from 16 gauge stainless steel. The legs can be adjusted for leveling with adjustable bullet feet. The top working surface of this model is 30” from the ground which makes sure it stands flush with other Glastender underbar equipment. The unit is 12” wide, 24” front-to-back, and 34” tall including the backsplash.
The Glastender C-MFS-12 CHOICE Underbar Mixology Unit is ETL-Sanitation certified and NSF/ANSI 61, Annex G compliant.

- C-MFT-8 model - includes push-down rinser faucet to rinse shaker cans, a 6″ diameter seamless welded draining dipper well and faucet for mixology tools, and a 7-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ cutting board that is securely mounted but easily removable for cleaning. NOTE: No legs. Must mount to adjacent underbar.
